Monday Aug 13, 2018
This week on the GoGCast, we’re talking games that are asking us to give them a second chance. Games like Pokémon Go, Rainbow Six Siege, Destiny 2, and more recently, No Man’s Sky, all made headlines for their seeming ressurgency. While this can be a good thing, it also promotes the idea of release a game early for quick money in the developers pockets, as well a second boost when the “actual” game comes out. We discuss this and Ali (Yay! Welcome back!) reviews a new feminine gaming apparel brand called Level Up Lola.
This week in news: Inside Riot Games’ bro culture, That whole Dead Cell review debacle over at IGN and Discord is launching a game store.
